Itinerary

Day One – Cead Mile Failte

‘A hundred thousand welcomes’

Arrival in Dublin airport following transatlantic flight from Mexico

Meet with your driver and transfer to Dublin city centre.

Dublin, Ireland’s capital city is steeped in history and buzzing with youthful energy.  Medieval, Georgian and Modern styles of architecture provide a backdrop to a friendly bustling port built on the River Liffey.


Day Two –

This morning we depart on a half day tour of Dublin City, tracing its history from early Viking origins through to medieval magnificence and on to modern Dublin, a cosmopolitan European Capital

Visit Trinity College & the Book of Kells

Experience Dublin as a viking on the Dublin Viking Splash Tour

Afternoon workshop – Meet the Mowlds Academy Dancing School

 

Day Three –

Full Irish breakfast is served in hotel

Morning departure from Irelands’ capital city to Wicklow County better known as the ‘Garden of Ireland’.  Travel to the quaint village of Enniskerry at the foot of the Wicklow Mountains.

Continue to Glendalough and experience all the area has to offer.

This evening dancing performance with the Irish dancing School

Live music by guitar and piano accordion for dancing

 

Day Four –

Full Irish breakfast is served in hotel

Depart Dublin and travel to Cork via Kilkenny and Tipperary

Visit Kilkenny Castle and enjoy a guided tour

Continue to Cork

Dinner and overnight in the Midleton Park Hotel


Day Five –

Full Irish breakfast is served in your hotel

Arrive Cobh

Titanic Walking Trail

Afternoon visit to Blarney Castle

Day Six  –

Full Irish breakfast is served in hotel

Depart Cork and travel to Killarney

Visit Muckross House

This afternoon is at leisure to attend the Irish Dancing World Championship at the INEC in Killarney.

Dinner and overnight at the chosen hotel.

Day Seven  –

Full Irish breakfast is served in hotel

Depart this morning on a daytour of the Ring of Kerry

Afternoon ferry back off the island as we continue our sightseeing journey along the Ring of Kerry.

This evening transfer to Tralee to Siamsa Tire – The National Folk Theatre

Enjoy a traditional Irish dancing Workshop to include a lesson in the brush dance.

** We can make time on this day for the Irish Dancing World Championships by shortening the Ring of Kerry tour

Dinner and overnight at the chosen hotel.


Day Eight  –                   

Full Irish breakfast is served in hotel

Depart Killarney and travel to Athlone via the Cliffs of Moher and the Burren

Cliffs of Moher : Next Stop America      

Morning departure from Kerry and travel northwards via the picturesque village of Adare.

Comfort stop in Adare enroute.

Continue further northwards to the Cliffs of Moher and its award winning visitor centre.


Day Nine  –  

Full Irish breakfast is served in hotel

This morning depart on a short excursion to Clonmacnoise

This afternoon is at leisure for shopping and relaxation.

Dinner is arranged in the hotel.

Day Ten  –

Full Irish breakfast is served in hotel      

Morning departure from your hotel and transfer to Dublin Airport

Approximate 1 hour transfer time to Dublin Airport
