The pinnacle event in the British agricultural calendar, the Royal Welsh Show 2025 will be held at the showgrounds in Llancelwedd. With an exciting four-days of livestock competitions, with entries travelling from far and wide to compete, the show has something to interest everyone. It has a wide range of activities including forestry, horticulture, crafts, countryside sports, shopping, food, and drink. Enjoy a daily programme of exciting entertainment, attractions and displays.

Accomodation
Holiday Inn Telford - Ironbridge by IHG
Set at Telford Town Park, this laid-back hotel is 5 miles both from Blists Hill Victorian Town and from Coalbrookdale Museum of Iron.
Relaxed rooms offer free Wi-Fi, flat-screens and desks, plus tea and coffeemaking facilities. Suites add minibars and separate living areas.
Parking is complimentary. There’s also a restaurant and a bar with a terrace. Other amenities include an exercise room, an indoor pool, a hot tub and a sauna, as well as a steam room, a business centre and meeting space.
Itinerary
DAY 1
Meet your coach at your selected pick-up point and travel to Dublin to join the early morning ferry crossing to Holyhead. On arrival in Holyhead, we continue the journey to our hotel in Telford arriving at the Mercure Hotel Telford late afternoon with comfort stops en-route.
DAY 2 + DAY 3
On both mornings depart (departure time will be confirmed by your tour manager) the hotel after breakfast and travel to Builth Wells, location of the Royal Welsh Show, where we have two full days to experience the best of Welsh farming and a full days’ programme of entertainment. Early evening you will meet your coach (departure time will be confirmed by your tour manager) and make your way back to your hotel
SHOW TICKETS WILL BE GIVEN OUT ON COACH BY YOUR TOUR MANAGER
Please Note: Journey times to and from the event will be approximately 2 hours depending on traffic.
DAY 4 -
This morning after breakfast and checking out (departure time will be confirmed by your tour manager), we make an early start and leave the hotel in good time to make our way back to Holyhead to join the early afternoon ferry crossing to Dublin Port. On arrival, you return to your original joining point.
