The trip went really well. The customer service provided by you and your team was outstanding. The coach was of a very high standard and extremely comfortable, and Willy, our driver, was both friendly and helpful. The kids were even singing his name on the way home!

You actually undersold the hotel, it was perfect for our type of trip. The location couldn’t have been better, with a cinema, bowling alley, arcades, pool tables, a ninja course, and every shop and restaurant imaginable right across the road. All of our rooms were on the same corridor on the lower floor, which made it much easier to keep the group together.

There were a few minor issues with the meals, but the staff went out of their way to resolve them quickly.

Overall, I’m really pleased to have found a company that takes the hassle out of organizing trips like this. We’ll definitely be using your services again!

Jennifer thanks for organising a great trip for our first years. Two things stood out for me on the trip and I want to reference them.

The group had an excellent experience thanks to Jason our bus driver, who was outstanding from start to finish. He was incredibly kind, patient, and considerate throughout the entire trip, always making sure everyone felt comfortable and safe. His friendly attitude immediately put both students and staff at ease, and he handled the journey with great professionalism. What stood out most was his flexibility and understanding. He was very accommodating with changes to timings and stops, and he went out of his way to make the trip run as smoothly as possible. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble for him, and he always responded with a smile and a positive attitude. The students really appreciated his approachable manner, and his calm presence helped make the trip enjoyable and stress-free for everyone involved. We are extremely grateful for his excellent service and would highly recommend him to any school or group planning a trip in the future.

Secondly we had a fantastic experience staying at the Holiday Inn in Stockport. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and understanding of the needs of a large school group. They were incredibly accommodating and always happy to help with any requests, which made the trip run so smoothly. The hotel itself was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a relaxing environment for both students and staff. The professionalism and most importantly for me the kindness shown by all the staff truly stood out and made everyone feel at home. We are very grateful for the excellent hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to other school and youth groups.

Hello! Just wanted to say how absolutely wonderful your tour guides and bus drivers were during our Celebration Singers Tour from June 28-July 8.

Kevin, Emmett, Frankie and Kieran went above and beyond to make our trip beyond memorable. They were knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and took care of us every step of the way. When we had a few passport issues Kevin took care of us and when my famiky and I wanted to go to the Game of Thrones tour, Emmett told us all the details.

Both drivers Frank and Kieran were amazing as my family went on both busses at one point. Frank was our main driver and he kept us safe in particular from one crazy driver and prevented a major accident. Please share our thanks with them from my family and from the rest of the group.

I already have a planned individual trip back next year because I loved the country so much and it’s nice to know we already have friends in Ireland to visit.

Hi Jennifer, hope you’re keeping well. Just wanted to say a huge thank you. We had an amazing weekend; my mum and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip and the hotel was amazing.

I have already recommended Celtic Horizon Tours to people I know. I want to say our driver Cahill was a gentleman.

If we had another trip, I would want him again. I can’t praise him

St Declans Kilmacthomas have used Celtic Horizon Tours for several years for school tours to the UK. The company has always been extremely efficient and good value for money. A story from this year highlights their excellent customer care. On a trip to see Manchester City v Brighton our ferry was unable to dock on time in Holyhead due to an incident in the port. By the time we did eventually get in there was no chance of getting to the game and all we could do was return home. Within a week Dave, John and the rest of the team had another trip arranged at no extra cost to us. This was mainly due to the excellent relationship that they have with their suppliers. We look forward to many more trips in the coming years with Celtic Horizon Tours and would recommend them to anyone thinking of going to a game.

I would just like to thank you yet again for the very successful School trip we had last Wednesday/ Thursday to see Manchester City play Nottingham Forest in the Premier League. As always, your organisation of the trip was excellent and it ran like clockwork. The students had a wonderful experience both at Cheshire Oaks and at the game ( added bonus was not seeing Man City win). Thanks very much as a well run trip makes it an enjoyable experience for the Staff as there is a lot of responsibility/pressure on me as organiser  and we look forward to working with you again in the future.
