I’d just like to thank you properly for all the work you put in to make sure our tour went ahead. We all had a fantastic time and your preparations and accommodation of us was second to none. The hotel was brilliant, the isolated location gave us great peace of mind that the students would try sneak out at night. We pull really recommend you consider this hotel for future school groups! The allowances for food was brilliant as between the breakfast served in the hotel and the expenses provided the students did not have a single complaint regarding food. (A rare thing in itself) everything was top notch from start to finish and we all really appreciate the extra work that you put in to overcome the issues with the snow and everything. Tom the bus driver was as sound a man as you could meet, really patient and so knowledgeable of the areas. So all in all a great tour and all your hard work and patience with me did not go to waste, thanks again for everything Jen and we will definitely use your company again if we are going on a similar tour in future!
