Downton Abbey, Blenheim Palace & The Shakespeare’s Experience
This tour takes in some of the most iconic sites in England. We start in Highclere Castle – the home of Downton Abbey where we get to visit both the Castle and Gardens. The following day, we visit Blenheim Palace, one of the largest houses in the UK. Following this we take in the Shakespear’s Experience in Stratford-upon-Avon. All tours are self-guided.

- A Client Protection Bond of 3% is not included and will be added on to the total gross price of a booking. This Bond protects our clients in the event of supplier business failure. All bookings and transactions are subject to this charge

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – FERRIES
The UK government has introduced new legal requirements for non-British or non-Irish Passport holders traveling on ferries between the UK and the Rep of Ireland. Please check if you will need an Esta or Visa to enter the UK. If you hold any other government passport (irrespective of where you are currently resident) you must provide us with the following information:

This information must be supplied at least 30 days before travel, or at the time of booking if you are travelling within 30 days.

Downton Abbey has charmed over 400 million people around the world and Highclere has been so fortunate to have been part of the journey. Of all the much-love fictional characters the Castle plays its starring role beautifully - even if we are all slightly biased! the first Downton Abbey television series was filmed in 2010 at Highclere Castle and continued for six years followed by a number of films!
Your tour is of the Castle and Gardens and it is self-guided. We will have ample time to visit the Tearooms and Gift Shop.

Blenheim Palace is a country house in Woodstock, Oxfordshire, England. It is the seat of the Dukes of Marlborough. Originally called Blenheim Castle, it has been known as Blenheim Palace since the 19th century. One of England's largest houses, it was built between 1705 and 1722, and designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1987. It is the home of the Spencer – Churchill family
