The UK government has introduced new legal requirements for non-British or non-Irish Passport holders traveling on ferries between the UK and the Rep of Ireland. Please check if you will need an Esta or Visa to enter the UK. If you hold any other government passport (irrespective of where you are currently resident) you must provide us with the following information:

This information must be supplied at least 30 days before travel, or at the time of booking if you are travelling within 30 days.
Failure to supply this information will mean you will not be able to travel and you will be asked to leave the tour (full cancellation charges will apply).

DAY 1
Ferry Times
Departs Belfast 07:30 / Arrives Cairnryan Port 09:52
Departs Cairnryan Port 19:30 / Arrives Belfast 21:45
Meet your coach at your chosen pick-up point and travel to Belfast for the early morning ferry crossing to Cairnryan. Upon arrival, we’ll continue onwards to Newcastle, making a stop at the Caledonia Park Designer Outlet Village in Gretna Green, where you’ll have free time to browse and shop. Re-join your coach and travel on to your hotel. After checking in, take some time to relax and freshen up before dinner. Spend the rest of the evening at your leisure—explore Newcastle or take a stroll through the Christmas Markets.
DAY 2
After breakfast (with departure times confirmed by your tour manager), we’ll take the short journey to the Metro Centre—the North East’s ultimate shopping destination with more than 300 stores. From major international brands to your favourite high street names, plus unique local boutiques and artisan stalls, it’s a true shopping paradise. In the late afternoon, re-join your coach (departure times confirmed by your tour manager) and return to your hotel to unwind and freshen up before dinner. Afterwards, enjoy another evening at leisure in Newcastle with time to explore or revisit the Christmas Markets.
DAY 3
Following breakfast and check-out, enjoy some free time in Newcastle City Centre for sightseeing or a final round of shopping. Later, board your coach for the journey back to Cairnryan to catch the evening ferry to Belfast. On arrival, you’ll return to your original departure point.
